On Friday, 24th August Litecoin held on to see gains of 3.22% at the time of writing this article. This gain was seen after a bearish trend on Wednesday and since that time the trading has been on more on the upside.
At press time, Litecoin made a decent gain of 3.22% after sellers had created pressure on Wednesday and as per the data from coinmarketcap the cryptocurrency is currently trading at $56.83.
The total 24-hour volume for Litecoin is $191,491,971 at the time of writing this article.
The Litecoin foundation which is a non-profit organization which was founded to promote the cryptocurrency for the betterment of the society. The foundation would be promoting blockchain technologies and would be hosting it first Litecoin summit which would take place annually.
The Litecoin annual summit takes place on September 14th and 15th and would take place at the South San Francisco Conference Center.
